Does anyone knows any good usb dongle so I can secure my .NET application? I am searching for a usb dongle with 128MB ore more space. Also a usb flash drive can do the work if it exposes to WMI Win32_PhysicalMedia a Model and a unique PartNumber.

Do you want secured data storage on a USB Flash drive or a port dongle. They are not the same. A real port dongle has minimal storage and simply acts as a hardware key lock. There are a lot of so called USB dongles that meet the first definition. It sounds like what you really need something like what what meets the second one.
Here are a couple
MAI Digital Security MAI Digital Security sells several types of port dongles: Parallel Dongle, Serial Dongle, USB Dongle. The USB one protects software from piracy using the USB port. http://www.keylok.com/Dongle_USB.html
RAM Electronics "The Saint" USB Security Key locks a "virtual" drive unless it is inserted. http://www.ramelectronics.net/html/usb_secure.html
