I real need an urgent help on this project.
I'm working on project to implement a Simple Reliable Transport protocol(SRTP) on top of UDP on any Windows NT. I need to design and implement connection management(3-way handshaking) and flow control(sliding window protocol). I don't have no clue of how to do such thing. Can you please help me to know what steps to follow and how to code them. I will appriciated if you can drop in pieces of of code(c/c++) since i'm running out of time.
