Update command in VB.NET

Can someone please help me with my update command in VB.NET I have an access database and i am able to add records and read from it but i cant modify existing records. My test table just hase Name, Number, Phone and State for columns. I cant get my update command to actually do anything. Please help thanks in advance. CJ
