Unable to reinstall Visual Studio 6

for last 3 days i m trying to reinstall Visual studio 6 in my PC, from my visual studio cd. but it showed an error message and that is "unable to register C:\Program Files\Tools\VS-Ent98\Vanalyzr\VAIEC.DLL" i fixed this problem with the command regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files\Tools\VS-Ent98\Vanalyzr\VAIEC.exe" and the dll file was successfully registered. but after that when i was trying to reinstall visual studio 6 it shows another problem. that is "Setup is unable to create a DCOM user account in order to register C:\Program Files\Tools\VS-Ent98\Vanalyzr\VAIEC.exe" i cant understand what is problem with it. pls help me. i cant install visual studio and so i cant carry on my projects in visual studio 6
