Hello, I'm looking for a way to temporarily set system locale in winXP (e.g. switching from comma to dot decimal delimiter) for just a specific application (NOT system-wide and permanent).

Preferably I'd like to be able to do it in a batch script.

I've been looking around and found naught so far
Any Ideas?

AppLocale might or might not do what you're asking.

I've already tried that, didn't work, think it only goes for language settings rather than the "regional" settings, which is the crux.
