I need templates if there are such a thing for use with Swift 3D, and also, advice on the software. Is it better than or at least comparable with 3D Studio Max?

Thanks Dean. I guess I'll have to buy max. How good is version 4? I know someone who has that. Maybe I'll just make a copy. Meantime how easy is it to get tutorials and templates?

Yeah right. The world is gettng spoilt now. I didn't say I'll go and Kazaa it out or something of that sort. Simple, a friend who lives about 2 blocks away from me has the program, I have a blank CD and a writer. But because of ****ing FBI I can't make a copy? x-) Kinda like saying that I can't borrow a text book from a friend to read for a test, that I must buy.
