substitution using kshell

Specs: Windows 2000
hi..,
in linux kshell, i have to give a command line option. to a word say ENB present in the file x.txt. ENB is present as like this in file
set ENB FALSE

now through the command line option i should search for that ENB word and make it FALSE.

please suggest me the solution for this.

i will put in the other words,

set ENB=FALSE

now through the command line option i should make it TRUE

i have to search the word in that file.and substitute the value "TRUE" from the command line to change in the file and now the file should have
set ENB=TRUE
please suggest me the solution for this.
