Maximum deficiency in initial problem description detected! DANGER WILL ROBINSON! RUN AWAY!
Ok, with that disclaimer: assuming the programs are executables, and not script or markup language:
"- Press a button in side program number 1"
To do this you need to either access the program#1 at the object level, (which requires knowledge of the object model for that program, and possibly other supporting programs), or use of SENDKEYS which I don't recommend, and may not work anyway. Both alternatives require vbscript support. UNLESS you mean for it to be interactive, in which case the user readily supplies the "button-push" needed. Maybe a better description of the overall problem, and some further details, will get you better feedback.

Sorry for the poor description !
I will try to better explain the point

- both programs are executable
- first program is right started
- now the program waits for my keybord input
- i give the keyboard input
- program 1 terminates
- program 2 has to be started

I have writen the .bat file like this :

start program 1
start program 2

the point is that program 2 never starts

Thanks in advance

Are you sure the path/program name is correct? Since you posted the command worked, did you just add the reported parameters or what else?

By the way, I presume you are italian as I am; I live in Milano , where you?

There needs to be a space between the double quotes and the slash.
start "" "E:\FPS Limiter v0.2\FPS_Limiter.exe" /r:D3D9 /f:30 /x:OFF /l:OFF
