For starters you could write a script in PHP that connects to the MySQL database and queries the table(s) for their content and output them to an HTML file within the appropiate tags. You may also write a similar utility using the mysqlshow...

Unfortunately, I do not know of a way to view the database via a browser using mysql alone. My guess would be the ability to redirect your sql statement query's output to a file.html of some sort.

I looked at the mysql web documentation because this would be a neat feature to have.
However, I didn't find nothing related to a browser in the first portion of the documentation so I stopped due to boredom.
Feel free to reference it at:

You can also use MySQL control center to have a graphical view of the database... but I realize your desire is HTML based for a website, so I don't know if that will help much or not.

I will keep my eyes out for something, if I find anything... I will post back.
