i need a , no i would like a script that will allow me to run a speed test over the internet. ie connect to www.speedtest.nl. every two-three hours,run the speed test and then close, any help would be greatly appreciated tia

Not obvious how one would script accress to a web site.
You might try scripting a ftp session.

Dont know what you are using it for. why dont you upload a music file to a website.

then time how long it takes to down load the file right a script to go to your page and open the file then time the whole procedure on your computer and delete the file
