I am not sure this is the right board, here my problem, every single icon (program) I click on give's me a error one said shell execute ex failed, or handle invaild ,every time I try to download a program, that can clean my pc. Get errors ever dowload and can't run it. . I try to unstall and install can't do it. I can get on the web, but can't not do any thing esle. system restore wouldn't work and I did get the safe mode to another restore date, but it didn't do any good. still having the same problem. . I am stuck Have no idea how to fix this if I can;t run a program or download one. Will I had to reinstall windows vista.
