1. The copy:
copy "c:\your log file source location" "c:\your log file destination location"

2. The bottom of an existing file:

type "c:\your log file source location" "c:\your log file destination location"

-or remotely (using the internet or intranet)-
type "c:\your log file source location" "\\SHARENAME\SHAREPATH\your log file destination location"

3. Email account is a little complicated. If your email client accepts command line arguments then you will need to put them into your script. You will most likely need help with that one too.

I hope this helps a little.

It depends on your network and what configuration you have. Can you supply some more information on exactly what you need to do?

If you are working on a LAN using your local intranet its easy providing you have the appropriate permissions on the LAN. To create a shared folder you can use:

net share sharename sharepath

and XCALCS.EXE from the resource kit to set the NTFS permissions/ACL from the command line. For help on xcalcs type xcalcs /? from the command line in a dir that houses the executable.

Send through some more information on your problem.
