I think the reason this hasn't been answered yet is in the details. What program are you trying to do this through? You could use vbs send keys for some options, but it may not be efficient or reliable. Depending on the program and/or service this may have been disabled/prevented. I know that I would disallow automatic log in if I was security aware.
