Search strings in file name and process

Microsoft Windows server standard 2008 -...
April 28, 2010 at 04:08:57
Specs: Windows XP, 80
Currently, I have a folder structure
C:\LOGS\(DEV|PROD)\(2009|2010)\(SUCCESS|FAIL). (subfolders can be prod or dev, 2009 or 2010 or any other year, success or failure)

And I have log files at C:\LOGS with the naming structure which includes the environment, date as below:

The success and failure message is denoted by a string inside the log files.
I need to look in the log file name as well as inside the log file and move the file to a corresponding location using a batch file. Any help would be appreciated.

That sounds too much like your home-work ... what problem do you have ? You dont know where to start, or you dont know what commands to use ? Have any code yet ?

Yeah, seriously it is a home-work!
Now I switched to another scripting language which I already know and written the required code. Now I don't need the batch anymore.
Anyways, thanks for your time!!
