Specs: Windows XP
I would like to know if there is any script that allow me to replace some letters from a .txt file ,which is in the folder for example :"c:\my folder" ,without specifying which is the name of the file. I mean i want the script to detect what file .txt i have in that folder and replace a text in it without specifying him what is the name of the .txt file . some like *.txt or some.

download sed for windows then

C:\test> sed -i.bak "s/word/replace/g" file

this is to replace for one file.
use a for loop as desired to iterate files in the directory.

GNU win32 packages | Gawk
