Specs: Xp, ?
Is there A way to code in a script at the beggining so my program does not show on the screen but runs on the clock bar? It should not be to hard to do. All I need is is to see how its done and how to set up a right click menu for the icon so I can have it restore itself when the right option is selected.

I haven't tried it, but check here. There's sample code of how to put the app in the task bar, but I'm not sure about the context menu.

This will do the same thing but will also allow a context menu and mouse over ballon tips if you want them.
