replace character in text file

hi all,

can someone guide me on how to replace character in text file?

below are the example of input file..


line_1 ~c1223/465g/454w/eert/1c.pdf
line_2 frs_://Output/a_1/1de/0223/29rt4/

p/s.. the input has many lines...i just type 2 lines for example purposes..

and i want the output to be:

line_1 ~c1223\465g\454w\eert\1c.pdf
line_2 frs_:\\Output\a_1\1de\0223\29rt4\

setlocal enabledelayedexpansion

for /f  "tokens=*" %%1 in (inputfile.ext) do (
    set new=%%1
    echo !new:/=\!>>outputfile.ext
