Solved Remove first part of a line

Specs: Win 7 Ultimate , 4.17Ghz 8GB ram
I have this:
for /f "tokens=1*" %%1 in (input1.txt) do (
set value=%%2
set out=!out!%%1!value:~1,-40!
echo %out%>output.txt

But for some reason i can only get it to take out the letters starting from the rear

I wold like to get take them out of the front

PROGRAM_NAME 664011 TYPE: String

I want the output to look like this:

but with the above code it just looks like this:

Any suggestions?

If you want to catch the numeric value out of the posted string then

for /F "tokens=2" %%j in (input1.txt) do echo.%%j> output.txt
