I run a registry program called Registrar Registry Manager to help me manually clean uninstall registry entries. It was working fine until I fooled around with a new tweak program. I think deleted something related to opening it.
Right now, when I click on the Registry Manager icon, I get an error message that says in the title bar "Registrar Registry manager: rr.exe - Unable To Locate Component", and below that it says "This application has failed to start because OLEACC.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"
After that though, the program does open just fine, but I get that error message consistantly every time I want to open it.
I did try reinstalling the program over the original, but that did not help. Then I uninstalled the program, then reinstalled it, but I still get the same error message.
I should mention that I run Vista Basic x64 and this program runs in the x64 Program Files.
Have any idea how to fix this?

Well this sometimes happens to me with
another program. If you still get that error
then what you can do is look up OLEACC.dll
and download it.The site I use to get the dll's that I'm
missing is http://www.dll-files.com.I also looked on that site for the file your
missing and they do have it here oleacc
.I don't know if its the up to date one or
not. After you download it check for viruses
even though they most sites always say they
are virus free and stuff and extract the dll
file to the folder your registry program is
installed to.If it don't still don't work (some programs
will do this) then extract the file to the
"system32" folder under your windows folder normally under the c: drive. If that still
don't work then maybe the file is out of data
or it just don't want to read it.I hope this helps you out

Phantom Sonic, Thanks for your reply. To tell you the truth, it was so long ago that this happened, that I completely forgot how I fixed it, but I did!
Usually with me, when I occasionally run into problems like this, if I play around long enough either with System File Checker, or the Vista repair feature on the installation disk or whatever, I solve most of my little glitch problems that come up.
But I do really appreciate your replying!
