where can i get some nice 3rd party software that registers dlls? not regsvr32.. some other software..

i could be wrong, but i believe any software that registers dlls, uses regsvr32.
is there a reason why you can't use regsvr32?

yes i think it does use regsvr32 i dont know what the difference is.. the .dll would not register it.. not through command prompt and not if i opened the .dll with regsvr32..
I kept getting load library failed.. but the other software works great..
any ideas why?

Ah, then it is not a self-registering dll. Dlls like that can be simply placed in the same directory as the exe. if you need to program something using that dll, you should be able to import the library.
