Recover file accidentally deleted by del %~f0

Specs: Windows 7

I just incorrectly placed the del "%~f0" command and now my batch file i worked on for half an hour is gone. Nothing in recycle bin, and tried auslogics file recovery. Any suggestions on how to get it back?
