Quention a batch for date&time

Specs: Windows Vista
I have a problem on create a batch file that will change the system date and time according to what the user has specified. Then show the new date and time on the screen. If no input parameters are entered, an error message should be shown. *hints: IF, IF NOT, DATE, TIME, GOTO, ECHO, %n, :, ::
sample => C:\CDT 05-08-2010 01:30
will print out =>The new date and time :

Changing the date & time is usually a bad idea except to correct them. But to answer the question.
