Ok so we have this local http:// that we connect to to ensure or clients (symantec software) is in the right container. So we navigate to the website for our symantec console, then we query the computer name to make sure that it is in the right container.
Is there anyway to sort of automate this? Almost like a batch file that launches the wweb site and prompts you for username and password then prompts for %computer name% and E.T.C. as it prompts you it will fill in the fields within the symantec console that you are connected to via http:// ? if not a batch file then what could I use to interact with the website?
I beleive it runs java But regardless what specfically would i want to look into to interact with the webservice with or without java?
