use the print screen key, because if you try to print from within access it runns what ever you want to print

Here's how to do it, right from the Help contents:

(View, print, output, or save the design characteristics of database objects

1 On the Tools menu, point to Analyze, and then click Documenter.

2 Click the tab that corresponds to the type of database object you want to view or print.

You can click the All Object Types tab to display a complete list of objects in the database.

3 Select the objects whose definition you want to view or print.
4 Click Options to specify which features of the selected object you want to print, and then click OK.

NOTE: BE SURE TO CLICK ON 'SELECT' OR 'SELECT ALL' BEFORE NEXT STEP.

5 Click OK.
6 You can now do one of the following:

· To print the definitions, click Print on the toolbar.

You might want to check the length of your definitions before printing them, because some definitions, particularly those for forms and reports, can be many pages long.

· To save the definitions as a table, click Save As Table on the File menu. Microsoft Access saves the definition information in a table named Object Definition.
· To output the definitions to an HTML file, a Microsoft Excel worksheet, a Rich Text Format file, or an MS-DOS text file, click Output To on the File menu.

This should do it, it worked for me.
