Specs: Windows XP, UNKNOWN
i got this computer from a sibling and it has nothing in it and i pulled a few hard drives from the garage and plugged em in there a few years old. the computer is saying this exatly

I don't think think that this is the right section (Programming-Opinions) but from what it looks like to me is that your HDD is gone (IDE Hard disk). I would assume that you might need to replace them.

I'm not really an expert at this though, so don't rush to conclusions.
