I need to have a message box that pops up on my co-workers desktop certain days of the month. (This is a reminder to check their time cards) Idealy, I would e-mail them their first message and when they open the e-mail, it would put a script file somewhere on their computer that would pop up a box asking them if they have completed their time cards, then if "yes" another pop up for "thank-you" if "no" then "please do so asap" (probably just an OK button on these pop-ups. I recall several years ago a friend sent me a joke that when you opened it, the computer belched at odd times until I went and found the file and deleted it. Wouldn't this be sorta the same thing?
Why is it when I'm making a point clear as a bell, no one can understand me?
