I have few .java files which were written in Netbeans developer 2.0 and they are part of the project... I have Visual studio 2005 installed on my computer... it reckon them as J# files and i can actually open them in VS2005 I was wondering is there any way i can actually compile these files and build a project tht was built in Netbeans initially... I cant directly help you and answer your question.

But, do you have clear reasons why you must use VS2005 to do Java? I mean J# is not a real Java. And if you need more advance IDE, than you can upgrade your Netbeans (wow...version 2!!! it should be a dinosour :)) Netbeans is on the version 5.5 now...) If you need help to reconfigure your project on Netbeans 5.x than write back and I'll try to help you as far as I can
