Playing MP3 in Turbo C++

Hey. I'm working with Turbo C++ 3.0 and i would like to play an MP3 file in my program. How can i do this? Any Articles/Tutorials/Examples/Links would be really appreciated. Thanks.

It doesn't have to be an MP3 it could be also a WAV file.
