I am in the process of installing phpMyAdmin on my computer and I have been following the steps on http://www.wikihow.com/Install-Apac... and have gotten to the part where I install PHP. I get to the end and when it says to test it, I get a 403 Forbidden message. I ignored it and finished the entire four program instalation and when I tried to get on phpMyAdmin, I got the lovely 403 Forbidden message. Any help? Is there an easier way?
