Specs: Windows XP, r(m )ptim 4 2.20HZ ,512Ram
how we can access the parallel port by assembly language ? and how we give the intrupt or voltage at port?

In windows XP you cannot. If you try to access the hardware directly with windows XP it will complain bitterly as Windows takes exclusive control of the hardware. You have to go through the printer driver and that means using the API or a kernal mode driver. I don't know if you can access the API with assembley but it is relatively easy with C or C++.
