on the if statement how do you do the <= and >=

if %_number_file_%>=1 ( goto :top)

IF /?

    EQU - equal
    NEQ - not equal
    LSS - less than
    LEQ - less than or equal
    GTR - greater than
    GEQ - greater than or equal

I can not get

to work to echo to the file
I do not have the [] just to mark
