My problem:Trying to use the following command:

netsh dhcp server "" show scope > list.txt

It works but the description names are cut off "like theres a text output limit. Is there a way to increase the output size so the full name will show? Below is an example of what im getting. - -Nortel 9999 EastLocalBui-Johns Temp Ro

I can't test it because I am running Vista and they removed this option under NETSH in Windows 6 or better. My guess is you simply don't have word wrap turned on in notepad. You could try to see how it displays with out the redirection ">" in the terminal. This may help...

check what the command outputs, it might just be that the command doesn't output the full name if the name goes for too long or something like that.
