HI! I want to make a program to communicate to members on my network (too cheap to buy one that already exists :) ) so does anyone know of any Tutorials that help with netowrk programming. I've Never done TCP or any of that before and i'm not quite sure how it all works so any help would be great :)

I though Blue Rajas post was fine. Since you didn't give enough information on how you wanted to communicate, the extent of the network, and what research you had previously done.
Is this one way or 2 way, station to station or broadcast, email, text or voice?
You might try a form of Windows popup messenger or one of the instant messengers like AOL or MSN.

You could always use NET SEND which comes with Windows (if you want one way communication), otherwise let us know what language you want to use.
VB has a Winsock Active X Control that makes making a messenger type application cake.
.NET has better communications abilities, but they have a slightly higher learning curve.
