Reply: (edit)It really depends on what language you want to use. With the two files you've got there, you could write some ASP.NET but that's about it. If you wish to program in VB.NET C++.NET C#.NET or J#.NET then you're going to need Visual Studio.

Reply: (edit)Disregard Mark, the SDK includes support for ASP.NET, aswell as VB.NET, C++.NET, C#.NET and possibly J#.NET. The only problem is it is command line only and you have to write the code for your Windows Forms yourself. A free alternative to Visual Studio is SharpDevelop which will create WF for you.

Reply: (edit)Sord, do you know of a free IDE for C++ and J# under .Net? how about one for Java 2? even a minimal one that can do keyword highlighting and syntax checking would suffice.
