need help with c++

i decide to learn C++ and downloaded devcpp-4.9.9.2nomingw_setup and saved it to a folder named cpp in d:drive,but i cannot compile the programe,some error message shows up.how can i fix this?

this is the message->
there doesnt seem to be gnu make file in path or in dev c++ bin path.please make sure that you have gnu make and adjust bin setting or system path ................................................otherwise you will not be able to compile anything
how can i set this path right?i just reinstalled devcpp to c:drive to folder dev-cpp
