Nmap can do that. Just google for it. The OS identification can sometimes be inaccurate.

To add onto tonysathre's recommendation, here's the nmap link. http://insecure.org/nmap/index.html However, it won't give you mac addresses of stations that are on remote networks. It will only return mac addresses of stations on the local network.
