I need a batch file that will open a telnet conenction to the specified server ip address.

It would be of great help if you can suggest a way I can delete folders (Non empty) from that server (cmd should be included in batch file.

don't think you could do that with batch. But you could do that with other scripting language like Perl. There is a telnet module you could use in Perl.
Another way is by using psexec from sysinternals. This tool is supposed to help you execute a command remotely....this can be coded in a batch file.

Since it's unix, seems like you'd use a shell script.
