G'day,

First cab off the rank in google:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71

It worked for me.

G'day, elric,

That one gives me:

Invalid referer. You are not allowed to access this file (msvcr71) the way you are trying to.

Thank you for trying.

G'day,

I was wondering why you had a problem with locating a source for this file. Must be your ISP.
Anyway, just to check the validity I downloaded it (a zip file) to my hard drive.
So, if you still need it, let me know how I can email it to you and I will.

regards,
Elric

G'day Elric,

I would very much appreciate the email'd zip:

DLL@Golden-Triangle.com

You'll note that the glitch was about 'referer'. I think that means the name of the site I'm coming from. Maybe about 10% of links don't work. Computing.net is one of them. I get this msg:

You must be coming from Computing.Net to use this feature.

If you feel you are getting this message in error, please check to ensure your firewall software is not interfering with communications between your browser and this site.

Beats me.

Thanks again.

G'day,

Yes, it's a bit of a worry. I get problems with some sites because of zonealarm (mainly pdf files)- once I shut it down I can download ok..

Anyway, I'll email this file to you now (I haven't actually looked at it yet, but it appears to be fair dinkum as we Aussies say), so let me know if it doesn't arrive ok.
regards,
Elric

G'day Elric,

Another Aussie-ism to add to my list. A couple years ago I got the word 'manky' from a friend from Canberrs.

I'll be looking for the ZIP.

Tried diabling ZAP; didn't help.

Best,

M2

G'day Elric,

!

MailWasher snagged it.

MailWasher is now turned off.

It should go through now.

Thanks again.

G'day,

That means I have to send it again??
I will anyway, so you might get it twice..
So, good luck I'm off to the beach now...

Elric
