Can anyone help me with some real basic VB code... I've always made macros by recording them in the past (e.g. in Word) but Microsoft Outlook requires you to actually type your code out. I'm trying to make a button that deletes mail items completely, rather than having them sit in Deleted Items. Moving between folders I can handle but is there a (simple) way of utterly removing a file? Apologies for my vagueness... I'm still getting used to the whole thing. Thanks, Gwen
