Hi, I remember a few years ago playing around with Microsoft Office's speech SDK in Visual Basic at school.
I now have Office 2002 on my XP Home computer, and try as I might, I cannot find the simple SDK component to add into a VB project. I have the speech compoents installed for Office, the speech recognition works fine there.
The compenent I remember from a few years ago had a silly looking moutch, and some simple functions that would say a string you wrote to it. There was also a compenent for speech recognition which is my primary objective.
