MS access error in loading dll

Hi!
everytime that i open my ms access it gives me the following error! ERROR IN LOADING DLL i tried reinstalling office and i got nothing!! Someone please help me.

Which version of Access is this and do you know the specific name of the DLL that has the error?

it is likely to be the jetpack dll,

go to the microsoft site,

look for the access downloads page.

find the jetpack 5 installation tools

have access installed on your pc and then run the installation package for jetpack 5

should sort it, it did for me.

ms just released a new service pack for office as well, fixes a lot of bugs in access, for example when you export directly to excel, the memo field truncate the service pack fixes all that, amongst other things.

yup! i also tried the jet compac and i cna not use cause i have no clue how to! i reinstalled ms access and i still get the same error!

I already have tried the updates and also have tried to reinstall access. I have no changes does anyone know how to use jet compact?

Not sure. You could uninstall office and then reinstall it. If you have already done this, then I would suggest contacting Microsoft.
