Menu to stay "Running"

Specs: Windows XP, -

i have the code for a menu but it does not stay up after i choose a menu. What needs to be added to the code for it to stay up after i have chosen an option?

here is and example of the menu.

I know call does something like pause the batch file but i dont know how to use it. or where to put it in my menu.
