Hi zeb,

AFAIK, that option comes from the BIOS.

I may be wrong but I think you can edit the config.sys on the bootdisk to have this done.
just how I'm still thinking....

I added a jo.sys file from a windows me bootdisk and edit the config.sys and also edit the autoexe.bat.
I wanted to make a bootdisk for all o.s. 95b-windows xp pro with sp2 added. I have done so.
please understand
the bootdisk was made for a dvd,all the windows are on dvd and I made the dvd bootable with my first bootdisk, its give you the option to install any windows, also start automatic.got all that done but when you install windows it have to reboot at some point and would start the reboot process over if you did not remove the dvd,so there for I needed the option to boot to the hard drive.
and now that I have that option I will use this disk to make another bootable dvd....
I know alot of people will say what the point
and I'll reply because its there.... also when done I'll have a floppy bootdisk made to install the windows from a reg cd aswell.
