I need to make a menu in C programming. Not C++ but regular C. I am trying to make a menu pop up on my programming, but it's not working. It keeps giving errors.

It's difficult to guess what the problem can be without seeing your code. Post the relevant code and tell us what error message you get.

printf ("Welcome person. This is your bank account: 0.00. Your choices are bellow, %d/n")
printf ("Here are your choices: B for Bejeweled that costs $4.99, I for iTune Download that costs $1.99, G for GRE study prep that costs $8.99, T for TxtHelp that costs $14.99, F for Facebook App that costs $3.99", &%c)

I think you need to re-read how printf works. And you need semi-colons at the end of statements. This is the most basic C programming stuff.

I can't really provide you with a hand-holding tutorial in C programming; buy a good book along the lines of "C Programming for Dummies" or "C in 24 Hours".
