I have recently bought a second hand computer with DOS 7.1 installed on it. I want to make a GUI on top of DOS 7.1. I also need to know what language would be the best to use. Can someone help me?

You can use something like Borland Turbo C++ or another DOS-based IDE/compiler.

You should be able to find them by searching for Abandonware or DOS Compilers via google.

Hope this helps,
