macro to copy sheets from workbook

Specs: Windows 7
I have an excel file (workbook) with 50 sheets, what i am looking for is a macro when i run it asks for the path of the excel file and when i provide it, it should be able to copy each worksheet in the workbook to new excel file and rename as per the worksheet

step by step
1. Browse Button to ask for the path
2. once selected the workbook
3. Create new workbook for all the sheets (copy paste special values and formats)
4. Rename the file as per worksheet
5. save it in the same location where macro is run
