Logic Chart?

How would I go about writing a Logic Chart for a program?

I assume you mean like a flowchart.

Include such features as START, input variables, assignment of variables, conditionals, loops, and STOP. Just step through your program in a linear fashion, including branches. Allow all possible returns. When it gets more complicated, generalize and simply mention complex tasks and their return, not their actual steps.
