I am thinking about starting an internet cafe and I am experimenting with one computer right now to make sure that it does everything I want it too. Right now, I want to make a batch file (Or anything that will do this) that pops up right as you click on the username that has my terms and conditions on it. If you type "1" then it will mean accept the terms and log the computer on. If you type "2" then the compter will reject your access. It doesn't have to be right as you click the username button, just before the icons and start menu show up, kinda like when you start in Safe Mode. If it is like that window, I want it to say what I want it to say and then "I Accept" and "I Don't Accept" to make this work. I have moderate experince with batch programming.

You might want to look into a language that can't be circumvented by pressing the 'Close' button.

If you're serious about this, you could look into what others have done.

Okay, I am abandoning my Internet Cafe Idea because my internet provider's terms are too strict. Still, I would like to know how to do this, just incase I move and try there...
