I have a laptop, it's a Toshiba Satellite 110cs, I don't know what's happened to it, but whenever I turn it on it says "Invalid system disk, Replace the disk and then press any key" I don't know what this means? There is no disk in it. It doesn't have a cd-rom drive, could anyone help me with this please?

This is a question for the win9x forum.
"Invalid system disk" means that the computer cannot find an operating system. Sometimes this happens if you accidentally leave a floppy in the disk drive. It also happens when a virus wipes out your HD, or when the actual HD physically goes bad.
I have occasionally had success just unplugging the computer (in your case, the computer AND the battery, so no power source is available at all) and trying again.
If there is no floppy disk in the drive and unplugging it completely from power doesn't work, then you're looking at a reformat and reinstall of windows, and maybe buying a new laptop hard drive.
If your laptop is under warranty, call the tech support guys and they will probably have you send it in and they will reinstall windows and replace the hard drive. If you have data that needs to be saved off the computer, you'll need to consult a local computer professional.
Try the win9x forum. Those guys may have other suggestions. This forum is for programming.
Best of luck,

Ok, thank you for your help, sorry about posting this in the wrong forum, I'll post it to the right one now.
Thanks.
