I have a .ksh file that is only used on UNIX. I work with people who only use Windows. How would I go about converting this to a format they can use?

use a language that works with multiplatform. Perl/Python etc. However, if its not to your taste, you can install cygwin or other UNIX platform for Windows. Even the Microsoft services for Unix may be what you are looking for.
